GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ONLINE TICKET SALES
Article 1 - Scope of application.
These general terms and conditions of sale are applicable to all online ticket purchase/sale contracts carried out via the Euro Space Center website (www.eurospace.center.be). They are governed by the provisions of the Code of Economic Law when the purchaser of the ticket(s) is a consumer as meant by the code.
Any use of the website is subject to acceptance of, and compliance with, these general terms and conditions of use.
Article 2 - Definitions

The buyer is any person who orders and pays for tickets online on the Euro Space Center website.
Article 3 - Offer
The information describing the products which can be purchased on the Euro Space Center website is deemed to be a sales offer. The Euro Space Center reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the prices applicable to the sale are those in effect at the time it is confirmed.
The prices in effect include all taxes and all prices displayed are in euros.
The Euro Space Center is not liable for any information, pricing, or opening hours which are not posted on its official website.
Article 4 – Contract creation
The five steps to concluding a contract are as follows:
Step 1: “Selection of the date”: selection of the visit date.
Step 2: “Entry selection”: selection of the product(s) and quantity.
Step 3: “Contact information”: required contact person information (last name, first name, address and email) and optional information (telephone number). Acceptance of the general terms and conditions of sale and of the privacy policy.
Step 4: display of an order summary screen (visit date, contact information, product(s) purchased, total price). Invitation to enter a promotional code, if applicable.
Step 5: “Payment”: selection of the payment method authorised by Ingenico. Acceptance or refusal of the payment by Ingenico. Following the payment process, the buyer will receive a confirmation message, or a message asking them to repeat the payment process if there was a problem.
Step 6: order validation, download of the online ticket(s) and sending of the tickets by email.
Article 5 - E-ticket terms and conditions of use
The e-ticket is valid if it is clearly printed on white A4 paper or presented on a smartphone. Partially printed, dirty, damaged or illegible tickets will not be accepted. The barcode must be clearly legible.
E-tickets are only valid for the date shown on the ticket and under the terms and conditions on the ticket.
Ticket validity is checked and recorded at reception by a QR code scanner at the “Eticketing” kiosk. It is forbidden to use the same ticket more than once.
Euro Space Center personnel are authorised to request proof of identity or a senior card from any person presenting a discounted ticket.£
Article 5bis - Gift cardsGift cards, like e-tickets, are valid for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Once the purchase has been confirmed, the purchaser will receive a voucher in PDF format to give to the person of their choice. The code on this card will therefore be valid for a period of one year, only during the centre's opening days. Reservations must be made online at least one day in advance. Once the booking has been made, the general terms and conditions of sale for the e-ticket come into force.
Article 6 - Payment
The contract is deemed to be concluded when Ingenico accepts payment. The payment module is managed by Ingenico. No payment information is sent to the Euro Space Center which declines all liability with respect to the online payment process.
Article 7 – No right to cancellation
In accordance with Article VI. 53 12° of the Code of Economic Law, customers are not entitled to cancel their purchase. As of the time of purchase by the customer, tickets cannot be exchanged, resold or refunded. Purchased tickets will not be refunded, even in the event that the ticket is not used by the customer during its validity period.
Article 8 - Protection of privacy
The Euro Space Center is committed to complying with the regulations on the respect of privacy and the protection of personal data in accordance with the provisions Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation).
Your personal data are stored to ensure correct execution of the contract. They are stored for up to 14 days maximum after the day of your visit, if you didn’t give us your approval to keep the data (last name, first name, email and, potentially, your telephone number). Article 9 - Applicable law and competent court
Any disputes arising as a result of the purchase/sale of tickets on the Euro Space Center website are governed by Belgian law. The courts and tribunals of the arrondissement of Neufchâteau have sole jurisdiction.In the event of a dispute, a printed version of these general terms and conditions of sale and any additional information sent in electronic format will be accepted in all legal, extra-legal and administrative procedures. As part of their relationship, the parties accept electronic proof including emails and recordings on computer systems.
If for any reason, a provision of these general terms and conditions is declared null and void, it will not affect the application of the other provisions of these general terms and conditions. Any provision deemed inapplicable will be replaced by a provision as similar to it as possible.
